I finally visited "Nihonbashi Kakigaracho Sugita"! From the moment I stepped through the noren, I was enveloped by the warm personality of the chef, the refined atmosphere, and the attentive service, allowing me to enjoy a truly wonderful experience filled with pleasant tension. The flow from the appetizers to the nigiri was a perfect story. Each piece was meticulously crafted, with the temperature of the rice and the harmony with the toppings calculated to perfection, filling me with overwhelming happiness with every bite. I was particularly impressed by the artisan skills displayed in the careful preparation and the way the ingredients' allure was maximized. I could truly feel why this place is considered one of the best in Japan; it was a sublime moment that satisfied all my senses. I definitely want to return someday!
