After visiting a second restaurant, I managed to devour additional skewers, leaving me to ponder the guilt of calorie intake. Was it just me? (´・ω・`)This time, I indulged in a short course with all skewers added, enjoying a sinful experience. The unique grilling method, which allows the chicken to rest while being cooked, resulted in incredibly delicious yakitori. The liver, in particular, was cooked to perfection, offering a melt-in-your-mouth flavor that was almost seductive. (*´∀`*)I also savored various skewers, including the solomillo served with green onions, the additional negima, the outside skirt with garlic, the juicy rare tsukune, and the unique furisode garnished with kanzuri, along with flavorful chicken wings served boneless. (*´艸`*)To finish off, the chicken soba featured a rich broth with homemade noodles that had a delightful wheat aroma, providing a level of satisfaction that far exceeded that of a typical second restaurant visit, right up to the final pudding.I am truly grateful to the staff! ❗️
