It was truly delicious.It felt incredibly luxurious.The soft roe was great on its own, but I was also told it pairs well with the sashimi that comes later.Even though there was plenty, I hesitated to eat the last piece because it felt like a waste.The course was packed with a variety of dishes, and everything was absolutely perfect and tasty.I can't explain it in detail, but everything was just delicious!
