I heard that the restaurant reopened with a new management system in April, and miraculously, there were seats available during Golden Week. The dishes and pairings were truly wonderful, but when the youngest staff member served us, the plating fell apart a couple of times. Additionally, the wine was poured with some sediment, which I pointed out. The food is excellent, so I would like to visit again once the staff becomes more experienced.
