I enjoyed a lunch course on a weekday. The sashimi and unagi (grilled eel) rolled in Hachiman style were both delicious. The tempura had a light batter and was crispy, and I was delighted to have seasonal sweetfish. The soba noodles were extremely thin and smooth—truly delicious. The quiet chef seemed very kind, and the atmosphere at the counter, run by a couple, was warm and inviting. The dishes were served rhythmically, showcasing careful preparation and attention to detail. Everything was delicious!
