Even though I arrived just before noon on a weekday, there were only two people ahead of me waiting for their udon, so I was served almost immediately. The udon had a wonderful chewiness, and it paired perfectly with the broth, making it easy to finish in no time. I found myself wanting to order another bowl right away. Next time, I think I’ll go for a raw egg instead of a soft-boiled one. It was a great meal!
