I visited before opening on a Monday and found a line. However, the turnover rate is incredibly efficient.The system for buying udon is really interesting. You decide whether you want it cold or hot, then you get your udon and choose whether to add an egg or not (my vocabulary is lacking).I had the cold udon with a soft-boiled egg, while my partner enjoyed the hot udon with a raw egg and ginger, which was delicious.The texture is amazing—just like Kagawa udon!
