I visited this restaurant at the invitation of a regular customer. From start to finish, the balance of sauces and seasonings was just right, and the ingredients were excellent. Despite my limited experience with French cuisine, I often associate it with fish or meat that can be fishy or dry, but that was not the case here—it was delicious! At one point, I even lost track of the course prices. In Tokyo, it would likely cost double.Personally, I found the final sweet treat, reminiscent of Lindt chocolate, a bit too rich and heavy at the end of the meal.It was an outstanding restaurant!Omakase Course: JPY 19,800Half Pairing: JPY 7,700Total: JPY 27,500I am sharing my honest thoughts based on my actual experience. I apologize if it comes off as unpleasant. If you enjoyed this, please consider following me.
