The owner is cheerful, and this is a truly delicious famous restaurant from Hakata...I visited this popular spot that is difficult to reserve.We started at 11 AM.The staff welcomed us with smiles and greeted each of us warmly, showing that the restaurant is well-trained.Inside, there is an L-shaped counter with 12 seats.The owner began with a greeting, and we started with some appetizers, featuring seasonal ingredients based on the day's fresh supplies, delivering an outstanding performance.It seems they source fish from all over the country.On this day, the Kyushu catch was particularly prominent.The sushi is of the Edomae style, and it was incredibly delicious.They also have a well-stocked selection of drinks, and with a sommelier present, you can feel at ease.They can recommend drinks that pair well with the dishes.I truly enjoyed my two hours here.
