Every time I visit, I am truly impressed by the delicious unagi here.I came to enjoy my favorite unagi from Tomoei. I've heard that unagi in summer tends to have a bit less fat compared to winter, but the unagi at Tomoei remains plump, tender, and incredibly juicy. Each bite leaves me in awe of its flavor.This time, I was on the waiting list for the grilled liver, but I was fortunate enough to get it, which felt like a stroke of luck. The grilled liver was perfectly charred and absolutely exquisite, leaving me very satisfied.The staff always greet me with kindness and warmth, and I appreciate being able to savor my unaju in such a comfortable atmosphere.Before leaving, I, of course, made a reservation for my next visit (laughs). I plan to come back around autumn. I look forward to it and will work hard until then.Once again, I enjoyed my meal from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for the wonderful dishes and warm hospitality as always. I am truly grateful.
