About a month and a half ago, I made a reservation for unagi and visited the restaurant. On the day of my visit, the wait time was about an hour and a half, but they kindly notified us when our turn was approaching, so we didn’t have to stay on-site. We spent the time shopping at nearby stores, and it went by quickly!I had been looking forward to the unagi, and it was incredibly fluffy and delicious! I couldn’t help but smile.The unagi was so large that I couldn’t finish it, so I took the leftovers home.They also provided my child with rice topped with unagi sauce as a complimentary service. I was planning to share my portion, so that was very helpful. They even offered us water and snacks to take home!Despite being a very popular and busy place, the staff made an effort to communicate with all the customers, including speaking to my child, which made us feel very comfortable.I realized that a popular restaurant excels not only in taste but also in customer service.I definitely want to visit this place again!
