Due to the impact of the typhoon, I was fortunate enough to secure a reservation on the day. I heard that usually, reservations are fully booked two months in advance. The meal began with a mint-flavored sorbet, which refreshed my palate and heightened my anticipation for the next courses featuring locally sourced tomatoes and smoked salmon.Next came the soup and tuna, followed by a delightful dish of vegetables topped with a classic lemon meringue. Mixing the meringue to reveal the green vegetables was a truly enjoyable experience. Of course, the flavors were exceptional. After that, I savored the main course, and to finish, I had meringue ice cream and bavarois. The wine pairings matched each dish perfectly, creating a blissful moment. This is a restaurant I want to visit at least once a year.
