I was invited to a precious seat that had been reserved three years ago, and I enjoyed a blissful dinner with wonderful companions. Every dish was crafted with care, and I found myself both delighted and comforted by the flavors. As expected from Tabelog GOLD, the wine pairing was perfect! The wine was so delicious that I ended up drinking quite a bit. The dishes featured ingredients like caviar, clams, asparagus, scallops, firefly squid, hairy crab, wild asparagus, nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch), hokki clams, and Chateaubriand, all of which were truly exceptional.
