We walked from the station to get here.Our seats were at the counter.Since our group consisted of sake enthusiasts, we ordered some Japanese sake.Here’s what we had:◯ Mizunasu (water plant) marinated in soy sauceA local delicacy from Akita, it had a slight thickness and was incredibly delicious.◯ Head of sweet shrimpThis dish was irresistible with its fragrant shrimp flavor.◯ Sweet shrimp wrapped in shiso leaves◯ Whiting◯ Mukago (wild yam)It was fluffy and truly impressive.◯ Matsutake mushrooms from IwateThe aroma was rich and fragrant.◯ Maitake mushrooms◯ Anago (conger eel)◯ Tempura rice bowl or tempura chazukeI opted for the tempura chazuke, which was recommended by my friend.It was light and not heavy at all, making it very enjoyable.All the sake was delicious, and it was a truly memorable meal.
