As the name suggests, this restaurant offers delicious yakitori grilled slowly over a wood fire. The skin is crispy and fragrant, while the inside remains moist and juicy, delivering the classic taste that makes you think, "This is what yakitori should be."They serve not only chicken breast and thigh but also rare cuts, along with vegetables and mushrooms that are infused with the aroma of the wood fire. The mushrooms, in particular, are concentrated in flavor and juicy, making them a standout that rivals the yakitori itself. They are not just a side dish but can easily be enjoyed as a satisfying dish on their own.The overall structure of the course, including the soup and small plates, is well thought out, keeping the experience engaging until the very end. The unique aroma and lingering taste of the wood fire add to the charm of the meal. The wood-fired rice served at the end was also exquisite. It was delicious on its own, but the ability to enjoy various flavors with condiments and broth made it even more enjoyable, tempting me to ask for a second helping. Being able to change the flavors and still want more was a delightful aspect. The entire course allowed me to fully appreciate the allure of wood fire cooking, leaving me completely satisfied.I highly recommend this place for those who want to savor carefully grilled yakitori in a calm atmosphere. I hope to visit again if the opportunity arises.Since there’s a one-year wait, I would be thrilled to return next year!
