I visited a restaurant for the first time to try game meat French cuisine.I had a preconceived notion that it might be fishy, but I was pleasantly surprised by dishes like macarons made with venison blood and sea turtle, which were completely odorless and actually quite delicious!The speed of service and the explanations of the dishes were excellent. There were also international guests, and I felt reassured knowing that there were staff members who could communicate in English.
