I had been curious about this grand maison, and since it was my birthday, I decided to visit. I thought a course might be too much, so I opted for a la carte, but I ended up wanting both meat and fish, and I was completely full! The service was incredibly attentive, and every dish was meticulously prepared, making for a truly delicious and satisfying experience. Although I couldn't remember the names of the dishes, the sea bream dish was particularly delightful. It was topped with fried bread and had a sauce mixed with caviar, which was absolutely wonderful.
