This restaurant had been on my list for a while, but I struggled to make a reservation on the day, which kept pushing it back on my agenda.As someone who decides where to eat based on the mood of the day, it’s quite a hurdle to visit a place that requires advance booking.Fortunately, I managed to secure a same-day reservation this time, allowing me to finally visit.Overall, the food was of a very high standard.Most dishes were delicious, and I thought to myself, "This is a place I could bring VIPs to."However, there were quite a few spicy dishes that day.I personally enjoy spicy food, so I had no problem with it, but my partner, who isn’t a fan of spice, seemed to struggle a bit.After the meal, I learned from the chef that this particular day had an unusually high number of spicy dishes on the menu. Normally, it’s not this spicy, and if you inform them in advance, they can accommodate by excluding spicy items.It seems my partner had particularly bad luck with the timing this time.Next time, I’ll definitely make sure to mention that we prefer to avoid spicy dishes.I really enjoyed the food itself, so I’ve decided to add this place to my list of go-to restaurants.
