This was my first visit.I used to come to Hisaya Odori frequently about 10 years ago for work, so it felt a bit nostalgic for me.On my way to the restaurant, I passed by buildings I used to visit often, which gave me an odd sense of familiarity despite it being my first time here.I had made a reservation for a course meal in advance.Upon arrival, I mentioned my dietary restrictions, and they promptly accommodated my requests.Such flexible service is truly commendable.I was impressed by their high level of hospitality.The dishes were creatively prepared, and I enjoyed them visually as well as in taste.The seasoning was quite good overall.Among everything, I particularly loved the pasta.Overall, I felt the dishes were thoughtfully crafted, and the service was excellent, leaving a positive impression for my first visit.I would definitely want to return to this restaurant when I find myself in Nagoya and need to choose a place to eat.
