I had been wanting to visit this French restaurant in Utsunomiya for a long time. It was a delightful three-hour experience in a lovely space with exquisite dishes. The corn soup was exceptional, and the salad featuring over 40 types of vegetables was both fun and incredibly satisfying. I was amazed at how delicious a salad could be! The abalone wrapped in pastry became more delicious with every bite, and it was a flavor I truly loved. Every sauce accompanying the dishes was delicious, reminding me of the importance of good sauces. The wonderful service from the staff also left a lasting impression. I will definitely return in the next season!
