I had the opportunity to visit Matsumoto for work, so I made a reservation and came to this restaurant. The grilled liver was incredibly delicious, far exceeding my expectations. I was impressed by the texture, grilling level, and aroma. The eel was also perfectly grilled, not crispy on the outside, but rather tender with a slightly sweet sauce. I truly enjoyed my time in Matsumoto.
