I had a wonderful time in a castle-like space that felt extraordinary. The food was delicious, and the attentive service was great as well.The only disappointment was the birthday plate, which was quite plain. It only came with a chocolate that simply said "Happy Birthday." I noticed other guests had extravagant cakes, so I wonder if there was an option for that with an additional charge. If so, it would have been nice to have been informed about it when I made the reservation. The conversation was just, "Do you have a birthday plate?" "Yes, we do." I was only told that a birthday plate was available, and when this simple plate arrived, I felt let down.
