I usually can’t eat offal dishes if there’s even a hint of odor. However, after researching, I found that this place had excellent reviews, and even those who dislike offal could enjoy it here. So, I decided to give it a try! I learned that reservations aren’t accepted, but if you arrive an hour before opening, you can get in, so I aimed for that time and was the second customer to enter. The owner was lively and shared a lot of interesting facts about offal, making for a delightful experience. I ordered the omakase, and here’s what I got:- Motsu Nabe (Offal Stew)- Chire Sashimi (This is the best choice for those who dislike the smell, as it has none compared to liver)- Mino Yubiki (A dish with no odor, perfect for beginners)- Neck Smoked- Meat from the neck to the cheek- Tongue Skewers- Heart Skewers- Fresh Omasum- Call Tan (Only the root of the tongue)- Heart Tartare- Fuku Teriyaki- Tail Stew- EndingThere were some cuts I had never tried before, but everything was truly delicious! I recommend the omakase for first-timers, but for subsequent visits, ordering a la carte might be a good option. I definitely want to come back!
