It's a restaurant ranked number one in the udon category on Tabelog, known for its outstanding reputation.In conclusion, it was simply delicious.We arrived before 11:00 AM and there were no sold-out items. From the reviews, it seems surprisingly calm on weekdays.We served ourselves with green onions, ginger, and raw eggs, then headed to the counter. There, we picked up some tempura and paid at the register. The system was quite interesting, and I realized this truly is a "grocery store."There is an eat-in area across from the register, so we enjoyed our meal there. I added a dash of soy sauce from the table and mixed it in. Some comments mentioned that the cold noodles were too firm, so I opted for warm, but I probably should have stuck with cold.The noodles had a strong texture, almost like gummy candy, but I think this is what Sanuki udon is all about. They went down smoothly, and the wheat flavor was rich and delicious. While there were no surprises with the tempura and other items, I felt that if you want to simply enjoy the noodles, this is the place to go.It was a great meal.
