I visited Dogo Kaishu for a business dinner.We started our meal by seeing the sweetfish that the owner had just caught. It really got my heart racing!The fish, prepared with precision, was served in its best condition, and everything was truly delicious!When eaten with salt, the umami of the fish was really pronounced. Personally, I found the conger eel to be absolutely outstanding. I wonder what I’ve been eating as conger eel until now...It was a great meal.I will definitely come back!
