I visited Sushi Matsuura, a hidden gem in Shirokane.The sushi is served at a counter with only 9 seats, creating an intimate atmosphere.Each piece of sushi showcases meticulous craftsmanship, bringing a smile to my face with every bite.The freshness of the ingredients and the harmony with the rice were exceptional, making it enjoyable until the very end.The omakase was more generous than I expected, offering a satisfying variety from appetizers to sushi.The selection of Japanese sake was extensive, allowing for delightful pairings with the dishes.The owner was warm and attentive, making it a pleasure to enjoy delicious sushi and sake.It was a great meal!I particularly loved the squid and the roll with ankimo and dried gourd.Everything was so delicious!
