Beautiful…! The space is stunning, and the dishes that follow are equally beautiful. The cuisine features incredibly delicate flavors, clearly emphasizing the natural taste of the ingredients. The standout dish was the raw shiitake mushrooms! The mushrooms, coated in sauce, had a savory depth reminiscent of filet mignon, truly captivating. What caught my attention was the serving of pork after the Chateaubriand. I found it a bit off-putting to have a rich-flavored pork dish right after such a wonderful cut of meat. I look forward to my next visit.
