Meanwhile, the seasonal offerings are fresh and truly inspiring.The magic of firewood is still alive!The Takikomi Gohan (seasoned rice) at Jigen Do is absolutely exquisite.The aroma of the firewood infuses the rice, creating a deep saltiness that sets it apart from other places.Recently, I've felt that the portions are quite large, and I often end up too full, which is a bit disappointing, but I manage to finish it...It's unfortunate that my next reservation keeps getting pushed further away.Next time will be in about six months—patience is key.
