I had the pleasure of visiting again after a while. Each dish is crafted with care, and the overall balance of flavors in the course is impressive. However, I believe that if the Japanese sake were served at the appropriate temperature according to its brand, it would enhance the dishes even more. I would love to visit this restaurant again if the opportunity arises.
