It was a great meal. The chef here, Yoshiyuki Kawai, is now known as the top chef in Aichi Prefecture, where reservations are hard to come by. He initially aspired to be a French chef but was inspired to enter this world after being shocked by the tantanmen at Sanbonashi in Gifu.I enjoyed the world of Chinese cuisine at Shin Zen Bi, which features a counter-only setting and generously uses exquisite high-end ingredients. I savored each exquisite dish with great pleasure. Now, they have received accolades such as silver on Tabelog and recognition from Go! Emiyo.
