This was my second visit after 8 years! The atmosphere, the restaurant, and the service remain unchanged, and the meat was truly exceptional. The Chateaubriand filet steak is naturally tender, but the cooking was exquisite, achieving the perfect doneness. Even when cut, it didn’t release any juices, and the flavor was concentrated beautifully.
