Harutaka in Ginza, which has earned three Michelin stars, was my first visit.I’ve heard it’s part of the Sukiyabashi Jiro lineage, and the sushi rice had a nice tang from the vinegar, while the gari (pickled ginger) was also quite vinegary.It wasn’t spicy and was tender, which I personally enjoyed.However, the appetizers were absolutely delicious!The appetizers were truly outstanding!
