Mieda in Susukino, Hokkaido.This was my second visit, and I couldn't contain my excitement.As for the genre, it's neither Japanese nor Chinese; it's simply "Mieda," as the regulars say.I completely agree with that.The dishes are so unique that they defy categorization as either Japanese or Chinese,and once again, I was delighted by the exquisite flavors.
