From the first dish to the last, every plate was exceptionally well-crafted and truly delicious.The combinations of ingredients were intriguing, and while visually stunning, each flavor was well-balanced when tasted.The cooking techniques and sauces were exquisite, allowing the quality of the ingredients to shine through.In particular, the meat dishes were cooked to perfection, bursting with umami.Every dish, including one featuring sea urchin and even the final rice course, left a lasting impression.It was also enjoyable to watch the dishes being prepared at the counter, and each plate was a delight, from the presentation to the plating.This course offered high satisfaction from start to finish.I look forward to visiting again in a different season.It was a great meal.
