I visited on a weekday afternoon. I had been checking the reservation site regularly for about two months and finally secured a booking. The experience was delightful, with the chef preparing the sushi rice right in front of me, and I was guided to the second floor for dessert. There were thoughtful touches throughout that made it enjoyable, not just in terms of taste but also as an experience, leaving me very satisfied. I was particularly surprised by the combination of seared tuna with iburi-gakko (smoked daikon pickles), among many other dishes that amazed me with their unique pairings. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment and would love to make another reservation to return.
