I visited this restaurant with a close friend of 40 years from university.Today was a wonderful opportunity to enjoy ingredients that represent the end of spring and the beginning of summer.With carefully selected items like the purple sea urchin from Yura, turban shell from Mie, and water shield from Akita, each dish truly reflects the changing seasons.What surprised me was the Korean conger eel. Served as sashimi and in a crispy preparation, it brought a delightful early summer aroma that I thoroughly enjoyed!
