I had never been able to get through on the phone, but I finally had the chance to visit Gessen.Everything was delicious, but the standout dishes were:- Stir-fried Water Spinach with Salt- Homemade Karasumi and Abalone Rice Vermicelli- White Asparagus with Duck Egg and Salt Truffle Sauce- Hairy Crab Chawanmushi with Tianjin RiceThese were incredibly tasty!
