The beauty of the presentation and the attention to detail were remarkable. I was very satisfied to have enjoyed the first ikura of the year (though I forgot to take a photo). The foreign guests next to us arrived late, and their response was a bit intimidating, but it made me reflect on the importance of maintaining composure in such situations.
