I recently visited L'ecrin, one of the representative French restaurants in Ginza. The interior is adorned with several prints by artists like Léonard and Fujita, creating a rich and elegant atmosphere.As for the food, each dish is not just authentic but also has a touch of innovation. We started with champagne, and even though there were no cocktails on the menu, the staff was more than willing to accommodate our requests for custom drinks. Truly impressive service.Every dish was surprisingly delicious, showcasing creativity and thoughtful preparation.It was a wonderful meal, and I would love to return on a special occasion.
