In an era where suppliers are often boasted about, how modest of them...On the TV, I spotted the Tabelog Award Silver and the trophy proudly displayed.At 5 PM on a weekday, the first-floor doors were wide open, and the feast began. This time, instead of ordering a la carte, we opted for the chef's selection.◇ Pickled Kimchi ◇ Avocado Kimchi ◇ Sliced Omasum ◇ Premium Tongue (Salt) ◇ Premium Outside Skirt (Salt) ◇ Cubed Lean Meat (Garlic Soy Sauce) ◇ Premium Loin (Sauce) ◇ Loin (Sauce) ◇ Hanging Tender (Sauce) ◇ 4 Types of Horumon (Miso) Liver, Premium Minow, Galla, Colon ◇ Extra Makiloin (Sauce) ◇ Egg Soup ◇ Large Rice x1, Medium Rice x1 ◇ Lemon Sour x6, Oolong Tea x3The avocado kimchi and white omasum lifted my spirits, following the classic course flow. There was no filler dish; everything was perfectly curated without waste.Unfortunately, there was no uterus sashimi that day. The highlight was the recommended makiloin. I ordered the egg soup to finish off after the yukgaejang and tail soup. It was a perfect conclusion.After a year, returning to Kosen felt more like I had just been there last week. The deliciousness that my palate remembers is etched in my mind. Truly, this is a remarkable neighborhood yakiniku spot...I mistakenly reserved for fewer people, but my dear friend stepped in at the last minute.
