This sushi restaurant is located in Koenji. It was originally established by Mr. Nanba in Hibiya, and now it’s run by his top apprentices. They have become quite a skilled establishment, having won a silver award for three consecutive years. The prices are incredibly affordable, yet the taste is exceptional and consistent. Maintaining such a high level of deliciousness from appetizers to sushi is challenging, but everything was indeed tasty. The grouper had a great texture without any sinews, and the additional flounder fin was beautifully presented, resembling a red clam, delighting all the senses with both appearance and flavor.
