This is a Chinese restaurant located in Roppongi. I visited for their great weekend lunch course. Everything was delicious, but the clams stood out with their beautifully arranged dish and broth, showcasing exceptional taste and presentation. The egg fried rice was playful, incorporating karasumi (salted mullet roe), shirasu (whitebait), and tobiko (fish roe) all as egg toppings.
