This Italian restaurant is located in Kitashinchi, Osaka. I had been mistakenly pronouncing the name as the Italian version of Tom Cruise, haha. Restaurants in Kitashinchi generally offer great value for money. While the clientele can vary quite a bit, the food was delicious. I especially enjoyed the unlimited Sicilian olive oil. They offered both sweet and spicy options, and even had dishes that were dessert-like, such as melon sauce, alongside more technical dishes like corn fried rice infused with charcoal flavor. The ham had a strong umami flavor, which paired perfectly with the rice. Overall, everything was quite tasty.
