This is an eel restaurant located in Matsumoto, Nagano.The prices are incredible.Please let me think about giving it a rating of 5 after visiting the first and second places.However, I believe this was undoubtedly the most delicious eel I've ever had in my life, regardless of the season.The experience was truly moving.The greatness was evident from the skewers, with a crispy skin that had an incredibly thin outer crust, giving it a texture reminiscent of a crème brûlée. The liver was wonderfully tender, while the tenderloin and neck had just the right amount of chewiness—it's a perfect balance.There was a piece of Emperor turtle in the soup, and it was simply the best.As for the final eel rice bowl, the harmony of a sauce I had never tasted before and the way the fat complemented the rice grains was absolutely amazing. The water eel was just delicious.
