This is a tempura restaurant located near Nomachi in Katamachi, Kanazawa. The chef trained in Tokyo and fell in love with Kanazawa's seafood, leading him to open this establishment. Indeed, Kanazawa is impressive; after the pandemic and the changes in Noto, the plankton has proliferated due to the altered landscape of the fish tanks, resulting in fish that are increasingly rich in fat. I was amazed at how fluffy the Hatahata fish was. The bracken was also incredibly sticky and delicious.
