I visited Kitanozaka Kinoshita on my birthday! ✨This was my 7th visit.The classic smoked caviar and hairy crab are always delicious, no matter how many times I have them.As a pasta lover, I was thrilled to enjoy the fresh sea urchin capellini! ✨Recently, it's been great to have two types of pasta on the menu.The scallop with shiso sauce and the Kamo eggplant with almond sauce were particularly memorable for their delicious sauces this time.Interestingly, I had eel for the first time here, and it was incredibly crispy and tasty! ✨The cooking of the meat was perfect; Kinoshita truly is a genius when it comes to cooking.Thank you for celebrating my birthday as well! ✨
