I visited Yakitori Mizuki, a place I had been wanting to try in Gifu. I was excited to go because they use Omi jidori chicken from my hometown of Shiga. ✨ I opted for the omakase course (JPY 5500), and it was so delicious that I ended up ordering extra skewers. Each skewer allowed me to fully enjoy the rich flavor and texture of the Omi jidori chicken. They also had rare cuts available, so I was able to try parts I usually can't find elsewhere. ✨
