I revisited HATSUNEZUSHI in Kamata. This time, my overall satisfaction was even higher than during my last visit, and I had a truly wonderful experience! Personally, I felt that there was a bit too much soy sauce (nikiri) at one point, but the deliciousness of each piece of sushi, infused with the chef's passion, was truly remarkable.
