The dishes are always delicious!! Especially the sweetfish, which was the best I've had in the past few years. The dessert was also well-crafted, refreshing, and tasty.For the Japanese sake pairing, I particularly enjoyed Oze no Yukidoke, Isojiman, Katsukoma, and Sanshoraku.What I love about Kojitsu is the variety of flavors they offer with their soba and rice dishes.This time, I ordered a draft beer (Kuro Label) for the first time at Kojitsu, as I wasn't a fan of the dish I chose, and it paired well with the meat and was delicious.
