This was my first time visiting Nishikoyama, and it’s such a quiet and relaxing place. The exterior and interior are stylish, creating a pleasant atmosphere. There are no counters, only table seating, and I heard there are private rooms as well. The cuisine features classic French dishes, and I appreciate the à la carte style.Instead of a menu, you choose from the day’s ingredients displayed on the counter while listening to the chef’s explanations—such an innovative approach! It really gets you excited before you even start eating.Above all, the personalities of the chef and staff are wonderful. That’s really important. The perfectly cooked aged Spencer roll from Sakaeya and the tender lamb cooked rare, along with the final dessert, were all delicious—beyond what you’d expect from a bistro. However, I found the mussel paella to be a bit too salty, and there was a slight fishy smell from the mussels that bothered me.This bistro is fantastic for various occasions, whether with close friends, family, or a date!I definitely want to come back.It was delicious.Thank you for the great meal.-----------------------------Thank you so much for reading until the end.I truly appreciate all your "follows," "likes," and "saving the restaurant." It makes me very happy.I look forward to your continued support.---------------------------
